Do you accept my insurance company?
Of course! We work with ALL insurance companies.
Should my insurance company be notified before repairs?
Yes – Your insurance policy normally states that if requested, you must file a proof of loss, show damaged property, and submit a statement under oath.
Do I need to get more than one repair estimate?
No – Normally only one estimate needed, unless your insurance company states otherwise.
What can I do if the insurance estimate is lower than the repair costs for the shop that I want to use?
If you provide us with a copy of the estimate then we can reach out to your company and negotiate with them on your behalf to try and get you the repairs you really need.
Is the repair shop responsible for the repairs performed to my vehicle?
Yes – The repair shop is responsible for guaranteeing the work they perform to be safe and also cosmetically and structurally sound.
What should I do if I get my car back from the shop and something doesn’t seem like it’s fixed correctly.
Please let us know and bring it back to us as soon as possible! We take pride in having the best customer service and well trained staff. Unfortunately even the best can still make mistakes on rare occasions. It is our goal to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your repair and that everything is done correctly.
